Study; Department of Human Resource Management; required annual trainings; state employees; public elementary and secondary school teachers; report. Directs the Department of Human Resource Management (the Department), in collaboration with the Department of Education and the Board of Education, to review the number of annual trainings required of employees of the Commonwealth and public elementary and secondary school teachers and determine if certain trainings could be reduced in frequency. The bill directs the Department to report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly no later than January 1, 2027.
