MINOR
This bill was formally approved and enacted into law on March 21, 2025, moving it from the 'Enrolled' stage to becoming an official Chapter of the Virginia Acts of Assembly. The text primarily reflects the final formatting and approval date required for a bill to become law, rather than introducing new policy, funding amounts, or eligibility criteria.
Scope change
The bill's scope and applicability remain unchanged; the revision is purely procedural, confirming the bill's enactment.
TECHNICAL
Added the specific approval date (March 21, 2025) to the header, converting the bill from a pending enrolled measure to an active chapter of the state laws.
Removed the generic 'Approved' line and the session header text, as these were replaced by the specific chapter number and date required for the final version.
