Removed the 'House Substitute' header, bill number, committee attribution, and patron information, as these are no longer relevant once the bill is enacted.

Added the 'Enrolled' header, official chapter designation, and approval notice to signify the bill has been signed into law.

The title examination report must now explicitly document all matters affecting current ownership, existing liens, encumbrances, and other title issues as of the report date, replacing the previous generic requirement to ascertain identity and nature of interests.

The list of documents to be provided to owners was updated to reference the new 'title report' instead of the previous 'report showing the examination of title' for consistency.
