Adds an exception for persons who have been issueda valid concealed handgun permit by the Commonwealth to the prohibitionof carrying a firearm within Capitol Square and the surrounding area,any building owned or leased by the Commonwealth or any agency thereof,or any office where employees of the Commonwealth or any agency thereofare regularly present for the purpose of performing their officialduties.
