Amends an existingexemption from mandatory disclosure under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act for names, addresses, and phone numbers of complainantsfurnished in confidence with respect to an investigation of individualzoning enforcement complaints or complaints relating to the UniformStatewide Building Code or the Statewide Fire Prevention Code madeto a local governing body to exempt personal contact informationof such complainants as defined in the bill.
