Establishes in the Department of General Servicesan Office of Pharmaceutical Services to develop and execute a planto consolidate state agency prescription drug purchasing and pharmacy benefit management programs to increase efficiency in prescriptiondrug purchasing and constrain spending on prescription drugs.
