Summary
Department of Education; Statewide LearningManagement System established. Directs the Department of Educationto establish the Statewide Learning Management System (VaLMS). TheVaLMS shall be available to each public school in the Commonwealth.The bill allows school boards to utilize the VaLMS as an alternative to a multidivision online provider in the provision of virtual schoolprograms.
