Summary
Commonwealth Transportation Board; performancestandards for review of certain plans. Directs the CommonwealthTransportation Board to adopt performance standards for the Departmentof Transportation's review and approval of subdivision and commercialdevelopment plans by January 1, 2025. The bill requires the Commissionerof Highways to gather and tabulate information to support developmentof the performance standards and present such data to the Board ona quarterly basis starting prior to April 1, 2023.
