Summary
Prohibited discrimination; sexual orientationand gender identity. Prohibits discrimination in employment,public accommodation, public contracting, apprenticeship programs,housing, banking, and insurance on the basis of sexual orientationor gender identity. The bill also adds discrimination based on sexualorientation or gender identity to the list of unlawful discriminatoryhousing practices. The bill contains technical amendments.
