Summary
Conforms language regarding temporary cease and desist orders to similar proceedings in § 55-79.100 under the Condominium Act (§ 55-79.39 et seq.). The bill removes language that (i) requires hearings of the Board to be formal in nature and to be held in the County of Henrico and at least monthly and (ii) provides the Board with investigative powers already given to and more appropriately exercised by the Director of the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation.
