Summary
Adds the Chancellor of the Virginia Community College System or his designee and one nonlegislative citizen member appointed by the State Board for Community Colleges to the members of the board of trustees of the Online Virginia Network Authority (Authority). The bill also provides that the Online Virginia Network, established by the Authority, will facilitate the completion of degrees at comprehensive community colleges as well as at George Mason University and Old Dominion University.
