Move the ICC Out of NYC Act of 2025

This bill directs the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations to negotiate a supplemental agreement to the existing UN Headquarters Agreement. The goal is to prohibit the United Nations from hosting, leasing, or allowing the use of its U.S. facilities (specifically in New York City) for the International Criminal Court (ICC). The bill does not alter U.S. law or ICC jurisdiction but targets the ICC's current physical presence at UN headquarters. It would require the U.S. to seek this change within 30 days after the 80th UN General Assembly session begins.
