This bill establishes the Ralph David Abernathy, Sr., National Historic Site in Georgia as part of the National Park System. It preserves the West Hunter Street Baptist Church (where Dr. Abernathy served as pastor during the civil rights movement) and honors his leadership, with the site boundary defined by a specific map. The Secretary of the Interior must confirm sufficient land acquisition before establishment, and the site will be managed per standard National Park System laws. Land can be acquired through donation, purchase, or exchange, with state-owned land requiring donation only. The site will be administered to protect and interpret its historical significance for the public.
