Concrete and Asphalt Innovation Act of 2025

The Concrete and Asphalt Innovation Act of 2025 establishes a federal research, development, and demonstration program focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions in cement, concrete, asphalt binder, and asphalt mixture production.
