To terminate the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office of the Department of Defense, and for other purposes.

This bill directs the Secretary of Defense to shut down the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office within 60 days and transfer its responsibilities to other parts of the Department of Defense. It also prohibits the creation of any new office within the Department of Defense or the Office of the Director of National Intelligence that would have centralized authority over investigating unidentified anomalous phenomena. The legislation repeals existing laws that established the office and updates related records and classification procedures to reflect its closure.
