Renewable Energy for U.S. Territories Act

HR 4339, the Renewable Energy for U.S. Territories Act, establishes a grant program administered by the Secretary of Agriculture to fund renewable energy projects in U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands).
