The bill title changed from 'Law Enforcement Officer Recreation Pass Act' to 'Law Enforcement Officer and Firefighter Recreation Pass Act,' expanding eligibility to include firefighters.

A new definitions subsection was added providing formal definitions for both 'firefighter' and 'law enforcement officer.' The law enforcement officer definition is largely the same as in the introduced version but slightly restructured.
