Truckee Meadows Special Account Establishment Act

This bill redirects proceeds from federal land sales in Washoe County, Nevada, to fund specific conservation and community projects. The State of Nevada receives 5% for general education, while Reno, Sparks, and Washoe County get 10% for Truckee River conservation. The remaining 85% funds a new "Truckee Meadows Special Account" in the Treasury, which the federal agencies can use without annual appropriations for land acquisition, wildfire prevention, park development, and environmental restoration projects in the region. The account specifically prioritizes land conservation, river protection, and forest management within Washoe County and the Lake Tahoe Basin.
