Quinault Indian Nation Land Transfer Act

This bill transfers approximately 72 acres of land in Washington State from the Forest Service to the U.S. Department of the Interior, which will hold it in trust for the Quinault Indian Nation. The land becomes part of the Quinault Indian Reservation and will be managed under standard federal trust rules for tribal lands. The bill explicitly prohibits the land from being used for gaming under federal law and requires the Interior Department to disclose hazardous materials but not remediate them. It also confirms the transfer does not affect the tribe's existing treaty rights under the 1855 Treaty of Olympia.
