Safeguarding Infants from Dangerous Sleep Act

This bill bans weighted sleep products for infants under existing consumer safety law. It defines these products (like weighted blankets, swaddles, or sleep sacks) as hazardous if they add weight for purposes other than insulation or decoration and are sold for infants under 1 year. The ban applies to all such products regardless of when made, affecting manufacturers, sellers, and importers. The law takes effect 180 days after enactment.
