Military Families Support Act

This bill provides military parents with a 365-day deferment from certain duties after childbirth, adoption, or fertility treatment. Birthparents receive this deferment starting at the child's birth, while adoptive parents get it starting at adoption or placement (excluding stepparent/sibling adoptions). The deferment covers deployments, training, and other duty events, and includes extensions for lactation up to 730 days total. It also allows dual-military couples to transfer deferment time and requires commanders to provide lactation accommodations like private spaces and breaks.
