Reduce Human Trafficking through Transportation Act

This bill creates a $20 million annual grant program (2024-2028) for transit operators and airports to combat human trafficking. It allocates $10 million yearly to fund grants for the 75 highest-ridership transit systems and the 75 busiest airports, prioritizing those serving areas with high human trafficking prevalence. Grantees must coordinate prevention efforts and follow best practices recommended by the Department of Transportation's Advisory Committee on Human Trafficking.
