End Employer Collusion Act

This bill bans agreements between employers (including franchises or contractors) that block them from hiring each other's current or former workers. It directly affects workers whose job opportunities are limited by such anti-competitive deals. The law makes it illegal to create, enforce, or threaten to enforce these agreements, and allows affected workers to sue for actual damages, punitive damages, and attorney fees. The Federal Trade Commission will also enforce the law using its standard authority under the FTC Act.
