PrEP Access and Coverage Act of 2023

The PrEP Access and Coverage Act of 2023 requires health insurance plans to cover pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention without cost-sharing, including the medication, lab tests, follow-up care, and related services.
