PFAS Exposure Assessment and Documentation Act

It mandates blood testing for members with confirmed exposure and creates a registry to document PFAS exposure for current service members, veterans, and their families who lived near contaminated military bases. The registry will include exposure documentation from health assessments and blood tests, and the Department of Defense must share this data with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
