Unmasking Antifa Act of 2024

This bill amends federal law to criminalize interfering with protected rights (like free speech or assembly) while wearing a disguise, including a mask, in public. It makes it a felony to injure, threaten, or intimidate someone because they exercise constitutional rights or for having done so while disguised. The law specifically excludes law enforcement officers from prosecution when performing their duties lawfully. It also adds a mandatory 2-year prison term for destroying buildings or property under certain federal jurisdiction while disguised.
