North Pacific Ocean Protection Act of 2023 This bill prohibits the Department of the Interior from issuing a lease for the exploration, development, or production of oil or natural gas in the following areas of the Outer Continental Shelf: the Washington/Oregon planning area, the Northern California planning area, or the Central California planning area.
