Nor Rel Muk Wintu Nation Federal Recognition Act

This bill grants the Nor Rel Muk Wintu Nation formal federal recognition as an Indian Tribe. It makes the Tribe and its enrolled members eligible for all federal services and benefits (like healthcare, education, and housing programs) without requiring a reservation or restricting services based on where members live. The Tribe must submit a membership list within 18 months of the bill's enactment, using its own governing document to determine eligibility, and maintain this list independently. This recognition does not change any existing treaty rights or reserved rights of the Tribe.
