To require the Secretary of the Army to renew the lease of land for operations of the Corona Municipal Airport, and for other purposes.
Summary
This bill requires the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to renew the City of Corona, California's lease of land to operate the Corona Municipal Airport. The bill further prohibits the USACE from applying the March 30, 2009, recreation development policy for water resource development projects to the lease. The Corona Municipal Airport is located within the Prado Flood Control Basin Project Area. The City of Corona operates the airport and leases the land from the USACE.
