Show Up to Work Act

This bill restricts federal employees' telework under executive agencies by capping it at 25% of workdays per pay period. Agency heads must review telework arrangements quarterly and may grant limited waivers for individual employees only if they certify in writing that additional telework improves agency efficiency, while notifying specific congressional committees. The law explicitly states it does not create a right to telework or prevent further restrictions. It amends existing federal telework rules and takes effect 180 days after enactment.
