Aitkin County certain tax-forfeited land private sale authorization

This bill (SF 552) allows Aitkin County to sell a specific 0.1-acre parcel of tax-forfeited land (described as part of Hill City Realty Cos Fourth Addition, Section 14) through private sale instead of public auction. The land, identified by parcel number 57-1-073003, must be sold with approval from the attorney general to ensure correct land descriptions.
