Anaerobic digester or biomass thermal generation facility planning and constructing appropriation

This bill appropriates state funds to support the planning and construction of an anaerobic digester or biomass thermal generation facility in Becker, Minnesota. The money will come from the renewable development account and is designated as a one-time grant to Liberty Diversified International.
