MNsure easy enrollment provisions modification

This bill modifies Minnesota's MNsure easy enrollment program to improve how the state helps residents access affordable health insurance. The bill also establishes a special enrollment period for individuals who receive these letters, giving them 65 days to enroll in a health plan without waiting for a standard qualifying event. However, the information provided through this program is not appealable, though enrollment decisions themselves can be appealed. The changes take effect immediately upon final enactment.
