Certain powers of entities modification

This bill modifies the legal powers of various entities in Minnesota, including corporations, nonprofits, and other organizations, by clarifying that their authority comes solely from the state. It explicitly removes the power of these entities to engage in election or ballot-issue activities, such as donating money to support or oppose candidates or ballot measures, unless they are specifically registered political funds or committees.
