Crane Lake area wastewater treatment system improvements appropriation and bond issuance authorization

This bill authorizes the state of Minnesota to issue up to $170,000 in bonds to fund wastewater treatment system improvements for the Crane Lake Water and Sanitary District. The funds will be used to design, engineer, and construct upgrades including mechanical systems, monitoring equipment, and other infrastructure needed to support ongoing operations. The money comes from the state's bond proceeds fund and will be distributed through the Public Facilities Authority as a grant to the district.
