City of Crystal Douglas Drive water main improvements appropriation and bond issuance authorization

This bill authorizes the state to issue up to $15 million in bonds to fund water main improvements in the city of Crystal along Douglas Drive. The funds will be used to replace aging water infrastructure and upgrade associated streets, sidewalks, and storm sewers between Medicine Lake Road and West Broadway.
