City of St. Paul Indigenous Roots Cultural Center expansion appropriation

This bill appropriates $2 million from the general fund for a one-time grant to Indigenous Roots, a nonprofit organization, to expand its St. Paul cultural center. The funds will be used to acquire, design, renovate, and equip adjacent property to increase programming capacity for incubating small businesses along the Intertribal Cultural Corridor.
