Minneapolis and St. Paul transportation management organizations appropriation

This bill appropriates $425,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 and 2027 to the St. Paul Transportation Management Organization, and $105,000 for each of those years to the Downtown Minneapolis Transportation Management Organization. The funds are intended to support programming, service expansion, public education, and operations aimed at reducing vehicle miles traveled in the metro area. Specific uses include staffing, communications, outreach, and education program development. The appropriations are one-time and must be fully distributed by July 1 each year.
