YWCA St. Paul housing program appropriation

This bill appropriates $750,000 from the general fund for a one-time grant to YWCA St. Paul to support its housing program. The funds will directly assist individuals experiencing homelessness by funding permanent supportive housing and transitional housing services. The grant must be used to maintain housing stability, cover move-in costs and transportation, support job training/education, and expand case management including mental health services.
