Legislative COVID-19 Response Commission elimination provision

SF 1441 repeals the Legislative COVID-19 Response Commission established by Laws 2022, chapter 50, article 3, section 2. This bill directly eliminates the commission itself and its statutory authority. The repeal removes the legal framework that created the commission, which had been revived to address pandemic-related legislative matters since December 2020. No new policies or affected groups are created or altered - only the commission's existence is ended.
