This bill appropriates $5 million in state funding to CentraCare in St. Cloud for capital improvements. The funds specifically support designing, constructing, renovating, furnishing, and equipping a University of Minnesota Medical School campus on CentraCare's existing health system campus. It modifies an existing 2023 funding provision (Laws 2023, chapter 71, section 14, subdivision 49) to direct this grant toward the medical school campus project.
