Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances; Prohibits, beginning on specified date, certain use & sale, purchase, or distribution of aqueous film-forming foam; requires, beginning on specified date, certain entities to submit aqueous film-forming foam inventories & disposal plans to DEP; prohibits, beginning on specified date, possession & use of aqueous film-forming foam; authorizes DEP to administer certain grants or cost share programs; provides penalties & injunctive relief; requires certain public entities disposing of domestic wastewater biosolids and treated effluent to quarterly conduct specified samplings & submit results to DEP; limits purpose such samplings until specified standards are established by EPA & adopted by DEP.

Domestic Violence and Protective Injunctions

Domestic Violence and Protective Injunctions; Reclassifying penalties for committing a domestic violence offense if a person has a prior conviction for domestic violence; providing that sentencing and incentive gain-time eligibility determinations are made without regard to a penalty enhancement; establishing an electronic monitoring pilot program in a specified county; requiring the sheriff, in consultation with certain persons, to design and implement the pilot program; providing requirements for the pilot program; requiring the Department of Corrections to complete an evaluation and provide specified reports to the Legislature; requiring the Department of Law Enforcement to enter injunctions against dating violence and sexual violence into a statewide verification system, etc.

Beverage Law; Authorizes contract brewers to transfer malt beverages to contracting brewers' facilities; provides that title to malt beverages remains with contract brewer until malt beverages are removed from licensed premises; requires licensed manufacturers that wish to engage in contract brewing to notify division; requires such licensed manufacturers to make full & complete report to division by certain date; requires that entity seeking to become host brewer or guest brewer for alternating proprietorship brewing first qualify as brewer with National Revenue Center; requires that guest brewer's malt beverages be separate & identifiable from malt beverages of all other tenants at host brewer's licensed premises; requires guest brewer to make full & complete report of specified information to division; provides that title to malt beverages remains with guest brewer; prohibits manufacturers or vendors from engaging in contract brewing or alternating proprietorship brewing.

Cattle Grazing on State Land; Requires land managing entities to identify existing grazable lands and consider whether leasing portions of such land to private entities for cattle grazing is appropriate based on certain goals; requires land managing entities to consider certain information when determining such appropriateness; provides requirements for land management plan if such lands are determined to be appropriate for cattle grazing; requires land managing entities to allow such lands to be leased for such purpose under certain conditions; provides cattle grazing leases shall not allow conversion of native wildlife habitat to improved pasture; provides requirement for land management plan if no portions of such land are appropriate for cattle grazing; revises requirements for FWCC program to control invasive plants; provides applicability.
