MODERATE
No substantive policy changes were made to SCR 82 between these two versions. The differences are entirely technical: the 'AMENDED IN ASSEMBLY JUNE 11, 2026' header line was removed, and the new version includes website navigation elements, metadata, and formatting from the legislative website's display page (such as search bars, links to votes/history/analysis, and a document identifier). The actual resolution text - all WHEREAS clauses and Resolved clauses - is identical in both versions.
TECHNICAL

The header line 'AMENDED IN ASSEMBLY JUNE 11, 2026' was removed from the top of the document.

Website navigation elements were added including quick search, bill number/keyword fields, links to California Law, Publications, Other Resources, My Subscriptions, My Favorites, and a 'skip to content' accessibility link.

Bill metadata and navigation tabs were added showing version history (06/11/26 Amended Assembly, 05/15/25 Introduced) and links to Text, Votes, History, Bill Analysis, Today's Law As Amended, Compare Versions, Status, Comments To Author, Track Bill, and Add To My Favorites.

A document identifier 'SCR82:v98#DOCUMENTBill Start' and a 'Digest Key' label with 'Fiscal Committee: NOYES' formatting were added.
