The project applicant must pay all additional court costs incurred in hearing cases under this section (including special master costs) and must pay the costs of preparing the record of proceedings concurrently with the administrative review process.

The Inspector General records retention amendment (Penal Code Section 6126.3, extending retention from 3 to 5 years) was renumbered from Section 1 to Section 5 but is substantively unchanged.
