A conditional Section 3.5 amending Section 1367.27 is removed. This section incorporated additional changes proposed by AB 280 (operative only if both bills are enacted and SB 402 is enacted last), adding requirements for displaying update dates, behavioral health access disclosures, population served information, cost-sharing tier identification, and central utility provisions for directory accuracy.
Section 2290.5 of the Business and Professions Code (telehealth definitions and consent requirements) is removed from this version, including the definition of 'health care provider' that references qualified autism service providers under new Sections 4999.200 and 4999.201.
