What changed between versions
Section 14017: The high road construction careers program funding was changed from a minimum of $50,000,000 in federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act funds allocated over 4 years to a minimum of $30,000,000 in state transportation funds with no specified multi-year allocation period.
Section 54237.7: The maximum amount of funds that can be maintained in the SR-710 Rehabilitation Account was increased from $1,200,000 to $15,000,000, allowing Caltrans to hold significantly more surplus property sale proceeds for required repairs before excess must be transferred to the State Highway Account.
