Children's advocacy centers: recordings.

Subsection (e) now explicitly authorizes multidisciplinary team members to share information with 'child welfare agencies authorized to investigate child abuse and neglect,' not just with other multidisciplinary team members as in the introduced version. This broadens the circle of permitted recipients beyond the internal team.

Subsection (e) now explicitly includes 'video recordings of the forensic interview' in the category of records that may be shared between multidisciplinary team members and child welfare agencies. The introduced version only referenced 'information or records' without specifically naming video recordings.

Subsection (B) changes the phrase 'to both any of the following' to 'to any both of the following,' a minor word-order adjustment in the list of agencies that may request forensic interview recordings (law enforcement, county counsel, and child welfare agencies).

Removed child welfare agencies as a third category entitled to receive recordings directly from the custodian upon request under section 11166.4(b)(9)(B). The Amended Senate version had added them alongside law enforcement and county counsel; the Enrolled version reverted to only those two categories.

The legislative counsel's digest was revised to remove the statement that the bill would 'require the children's advocacy center or other identified multidisciplinary team member custodian to release a recording, upon request, to child welfare agencies.' The digest now only describes the information-sharing authorization in subsection (e).

Corrected the phrase 'to any both of the following' (a drafting error in the Amended Senate version) to 'to both of the following' in the Enrolled version, consistent with the two remaining categories.
