Throughout Section 2716.6, the bill now specifically references 'programs in the building and construction trades' as the target apprenticeship category, narrowing the original broader language that applied to any state-approved apprenticeship.

New subsection (d) added to Section 2716.6 stating that nothing in the section precludes state-approved apprenticeship programs outside of the building and construction trades from evaluating Conservation Camp graduates for admission with advanced standing based on prior coursework and work experience.
