MINOR
The diff between these two versions of AB 813 reflects a change in document formatting rather than any substantive legislative amendment. The bill text, including all provisions of Civil Code Section 798.56 regarding mobilehome park tenancy termination, remains identical. The older version used a printed format with line numbers and page headers, while the newer version presents the same content in a web-based layout with navigation elements.
TECHNICAL
The bill text was reformatted from a printed legislative document style (with line numbers, page headers, and column layout) to a web-based display format. No changes were made to the actual statutory language, the legislative counsel's digest, or any of the substantive provisions in subdivisions (a) through (k) of Section 798.56.
