This means employers can use their existing harassment and abusive conduct training to comply with the new anti-hate speech mandate rather than developing a separate training component.

Assembly Member Zbur was added as a co-author alongside Assembly Member Lowenthal.

Subdivision (m) corrected the phrase 'anti-harassment antiharassment policy' to simply 'antiharassment policy', removing a redundant and inconsistent term.
